About Tampa Bay Wealth Co.
A referral site that connects Tampa Bay households with an independent fiduciary advisor.
Tampa Bay Wealth Co. is a referral site for households across Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas counties. When you call or send a request, it goes to an independent, registered investment adviser's office, which sets up a first conversation, explains how they work and what it costs, and takes it from there. The site does not manage money, hold accounts or give advice.
How we work
Fee in writing first
The advisor explains the fee structure for your situation and puts it in writing before you agree to anything.
Fiduciary standard
As a registered investment adviser, the firm is required to act in clients' interests and to disclose conflicts in its Form ADV.
No product sales
The advisor is paid for advice, not commissions. If a product comes up, that is disclosed.
Coordinated with your CPA and attorney
Tax and estate work is done alongside the professionals you already have, or ones the advisor can introduce.
Registration and disclosures
Advisory services are provided by an independent, registered investment adviser; Tampa Bay Wealth Co. is not an investment adviser and does not provide investment advice. Investment advisers are registered with the SEC or with the Florida Office of Financial Regulation depending on their size, and every registered adviser files a public Form ADV. You can look up any adviser and read its disclosures at adviserinfo.sec.gov.
